You may send us your camera for a check-up and repair even though it may be  not covered by the warranty anymore. Please download the return form and enclose it filled-out to the package.

After we've received your shipping our technicians will make an estimation of the costs. This will be sent to and needs your confirmation. Once you agreed to the costs we will send an invoice you need to pay (bank transfer only). If you should decline the costs we have to charge you a service charge.
